This is Darkside of the 'Toon available from Sloanysoft that was realeased for Halloween ( link ) and is a sequel to Jet Set Steam Boat Willie.
A lovely looking platform game that has been created in black and white with a really cute theme. If you enjoyed the original you will be sure to love this version.
