This is Future Pinball, released around 2005 and in development via the community once abandoned for many years.
There are a lot of great tables on this platform and with some of the effects and animations that can be done by talented designers, this is closer to Pinball FX than Visual Pinball, however it is free and there are no costs.
Recreations of known and loved tables have been done - in this package the focus is more of community tables inspired by films.
