Die Hard

 

This is DIE HARD released in 1990 being played on TurboGrafx-16 using a MiSTer FPGA.

This is probably the most unplayed version of Die Hard that has been released due to the plaform that it is on being the TurboGrafx-16 and the original language that was Japanese only.  The version being played here has an English patch for the language to make it more accessible to the western game players.

This game opens a little differently from the original film as you start outside the tower and have to make your way there.  It feels a little like Ikari Warriors with huge chunky sprites that look good and solid gameplay.
